if you found the titles of your interests, you could always
click the poster or title to view the movie detail. At the
detail page, you may review the description and all the features'
information provided, click on "Buy VCD" link when
you're satisfied. |

| How do I Track my order? |
| You can track your from the link “Track Order
Status” in left menu. There are two options to track your orders. |

can select between dates, today or all date to check your order

| How long would it take
to receive my order? |

normally ship your order within the same day we receive
your order (Orders placed after 11 AM will be shipped
on the following day). |

If the item is temporarily
out of stock, it will take from 2-4 working days (or longer)
before we can process the order for shipment. |

confirmation e-mail to you shortly after your order is dispatched. |

| How do you pack my order? |

We emphasize on quality
packaging to protect the discs from being damaged during delivery. |

All ordered items will
be packaged in their original packaging / jewel case / keep
case. |

All items are later inserted
into hard cardboard boxes for extra protection. |

| Will there be delays
in receiving my orders? |

Sometimes your order may
be delayed if the items are out of stock. You will be notified
by e-mail. |

Delivery may also be delayed due to customs
clearance and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. |

| How do I know if my
order is backordered? |

High demand items and/or
obscure titles may not be available for immediate shipment. |

We will automatically
begin to search our alternate suppliers for new inventory. |

If your item is on backorder,
we will notify you via e-mail after 5 working days, with the
approximate turnaround time noted. |

| No, once you have checked
out, your order is considered final and you can’t cancel your

| Can I return a purchased
product? |
| We don’t accept any returns. Once the order
is made it is final. |
| What to do if I received
a damaged VCD? |
The product
of Veenai or (remove) shipped through Skynet Courier. Upon
receiving the product you have open it in front of the delivery
person and confirm with him the status of the VCD. If damaged
you have to return the VDC at that time it self to the same
person who made the delivery. |
