Chandramukhi`
starts rolling! Tuesday,
26 October , 2004
Lights, camera, start, action! Rajnikanth
is back in front of the arc lights, nearly two years
after Baba, at the Sivaji Gardens, Ramavaram in Chennai.
And our superstar looked dashing and trim with his hair neatly dyed; clean
shaven except for a prominent mustache, and fit to fight a dozen stuntmen on
the sets. He was wearing a blue T-Shirt, tight jeans and Ray-Ban sunglasses.
Stunt Master ‘Thalapathi’ Dinesh was choreographing
a fight scene in which Rajni beats about 30 stunt artists to
pulp, who arrive in 25 Toyota
Qualis cars. The fight scenes will be shot for two more days before the unit
moves to Hyderabad.
The
press was kept away from the shooting spot and no one was willing
to speak about the film. Rajnikanth’s mentor and ace director
K.Balachandar inaugurated the shoot and did the first clap and
producer Ramkumar switched the camera
on.
